Tradewind Labs LLC ("we", "us") operates Try Aloha and related messaging services. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
SMS Messaging Privacy
Tradewind Labs LLC / TryAloha may collect mobile phone numbers, SMS message content, opt-in status, opt-out status, timestamps, and related messaging metadata to provide customer-care, appointment coordination, call follow-up, service update, and support messaging.
We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use service providers such as Twilio, Cloudflare, and Anthropic to operate, secure, deliver, and improve the messaging service. These service providers process information only on our behalf and are not permitted to use SMS opt-in data or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies depending on the customer interaction. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact taylor@tryaloha.ai.
What we collect
Phone numbers, message content, and timestamps for messages sent through our service. For business clients, business contact info, names, and service preferences.
How we use it
Solely to deliver the messaging services you've signed up for. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Storage
Data is stored on encrypted servers (Cloudflare, Twilio, Anthropic). We retain message logs for 90 days for service quality and compliance, then delete them.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing taylor@tryaloha.ai. You can opt out of all messages by replying STOP to any text.
Carriers
Mobile carriers may also collect data per their own privacy policies.
